Sessions are 50 minutes in length. Payment is expected at the time of the session unless other arrangements have been made. While the COVID threat remains high, I am meeting with clients virtually and I am accepting payment in two forms. You are welcome to mail me a check, or you can pay through Ivy Pay, a secure and HIPPA compliant payment method. We can discuss what works best for you during our initial intake call.
Although I do not accept or bill insurance, I will gladly assist you to get reimbursed by your insurance company if my services are covered by your plan. Please contact your insurance company and ask them if you are eligible for reimbursement for an “out of network provider.” You will be responsible for payment at the time that services are rendered. Upon request, I will provide you with a statement of proof of services and payment which you can then file directly with your insurance company for reimbursement by them.
